I graduated from massage school in Israel in 2006. In 2010, I competed 560 education hours in Boston, Massachusetts. I am currently certified through the State of Massachusetts and provide massage therapy in the City of San Francisco, CA.

I offer massage therapy to help others return to a calm state of mind and to enjoy life more often. Life can get so busy and if I can give my clients a chance to recover from the stresses of daily activities, this gives me a sense of purpose to serve.

People come to me for massage for many different reasons. For example, some for relaxation, and others for clinical reasons. If my knowledge of anatomy and physiology is clear, I can better help those who are suffering from chronic pain or minor injuries.

There are many reasons that individuals want to receive a massage. Somewhat to de-stress and get calm, others might want to recover from a minor injury or prepare for athletic performance, and others just want to benefit from being cared for through the power of touch.

It is very important that you and your massage professionals treat each other with kindness or non-harm. Sometimes things can turn out differently than we had planned or a misunderstanding is made about something. When these difficult moments arrive, communicate your concerns to your massage professional with kindness. Please do your best to be respectful towards your massage professional, as they will be doing their best to deliver excellent customer service and offer effective solutions.

Classical (Swedish Massage)
Deep Tissue (Clinical Massage)

All massage and personal care treatments are provided in a clean, quiet, professional environment-all the elements that are conducive for an excellent massage experience.

Swedish Massage

Classical Massage is the European term for Swedish Style massage here in the U.S. All massage professionals are trained in Swedish massage, which is the foundation for massage in the West. Swedish massage uses five types of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibration/shaking. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in hospital patients with osteorthritis of the knee, over a period of eight weeks.

Deep Tissue Techniques

Deep Tissue Massage is a set of techniques used to access deeper muscles and fascia. Deep Tissue techniques help with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduce inflammation due to arthritis and tendinitis. The muscles must be relaxed in order to effectively perform this type of massage, otherwise, tights surface muscles will prevent your massage professional from reaching deeper musculature.
