As a former successful competitive ballroom dancer, I have learned early on of the importance of achieving and maintaining balance with exercise, wellness and ways of stress relief for a healthy life.

In my leisure time, I have regularly and successfully instructed a fitness/aerobics class for a sports club for several years

I graduated from the renowned Swedish Institute of New York City / College of Health Sciences and therefore have a strong medical massage background and a dedicated interest in wellness through the therapeutic use of various bodywork techniques and modalities.

In addition to my NYS massage license, I also hold the National Certification title.

I have completed a full-time course of 16 months (1250 credit hours) in massage therapy at the renowned Swedish Institute / College of Health Sciences in New York City.
